These terms outline the general use of the website and the Booking Ready service request process. Final execution details remain subject to the scope agreed with the client.
Service nature
The service focuses on preparing and improving the property presentation through photography, content, indicative pricing guidance and guest readiness within the agreed scope.
Timing
Target delivery is within 5 days after required information is complete and the visit is confirmed, subject to the agreed property scope.
Commercial outcomes
The service does not guarantee a specific booking volume, occupancy rate or revenue outcome because results depend on multiple factors outside the service scope.
Information and access
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied and for having appropriate authority to provide access, permit photography and approve agreed media use.
Regulated scope
The service is not automatically accommodation management, real-estate brokerage or valuation, engineering inspection or another regulated activity unless a separate compliant scope is established.
